Do you charge hourly or by project? All projects have different scopes and rates as well as best practices for how work should be charged. Many custom projects require a general idea of how many hours it takes to create and can be bundled into a flat rate or charged hourly. I do both as it depends on the project. Primarily, my packages are charged at a flat rate that is based on the estimated hours it takes to complete, including all research, concepting, editing, and behind the scenes work. However, there are instances where past a certain point, work may be charged on an hourly basis.

How do you send project deliverables? Upon completion and payment, all final files will be shared through Google Drive. The link will be active for 1 month so you can download all necessary files for you and your team. The files will be provided in a folder system so you can easily find your files at all times. Should you need to request files in the future, you can submit a File Retrieval Request Form to request files at any given point.

Do you do quick turnaround jobs or last minute work? I’m open to quick turnaround projects, as long as my schedule allows and the scope of work is reasonable within the time frame. A rush fee will be applied to all projects that fall outside of a typical project timeline for your set of deliverables. I will work with you to get your project rolling as quickly as possible, and I will be transparent about any potential delays or additional costs. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss a quick turnaround project.

How much does a Brand Design/Rebrand cost? All designs and packages are going to look different depending on the needs of your project and the scope and deadlines. Packages are offered to suit your needs or we can discuss customizations. Please see the Pricing page for more information on pricing for different type of work.

How much does a Logo design cost? Logo prices are going to vary depending on the vision and needs of your project and needs in addition to the scope and deadlines. Packages are offered to suit your needs or we can discuss customizations. In general, Logo Packages start at $850. See the Pricing page for more info.

Do you manage Social Media accounts? I do not offer Social Media management, however I do offer social media graphics packages and can give a few tips and tricks on managing accounts.

Can you print my branded collateral for me? At this time I don’t offer printing, however occasionally if I’m aware of a vendor that could work, I’d be more than happy to relay their information to you!

How long should I expect my project to take? Project timelines are tailored to your specific scope and will be agreed upon before we begin. While I do my best to accommodate rush requests, availability depends on my current docket. Please note that these timeframes are estimates; actual duration varies based on project complexity, responsiveness, revision rounds, and content readiness. Invitations: Typically, you can expect a turnaround of 1-2 weeks from initial concept to final files. Social Media Packages: A comprehensive social media graphic package usually takes 1-2 weeks to develop. Small Logo Design: For a logo design, projects generally range from 4-6 weeks. Large Logo Design: More extensive logo projects, involving deeper strategic exploration, these usually span 6-8 weeks. Small Branding Project: A foundational branding package often takes 8-10 weeks to fully develop. Large Branding Project: Comprehensive branding initiatives, including extensive guidelines and multiple applications, typically range from 10-12 weeks. Rush Projects & Quick Turnaround: I’m open to quick turnaround projects, as long as my schedule allows and the scope of work is reasonable within the time frame.

What does the payment process look like? Upon the client accepting the digital Estimate, a digital Invoice will be sent and an upfront payment of 50% will be required for work to begin. Payments will be sent through a secure website. Necessary taxes will be applied unless proper tax exempt documentation is received from the client. Late Fee: The outstanding amount will be subject to a 2.5% late fee each month if the invoice is not paid by the due date. Pause Clause: If the Client has not responded to any contact from the designer in 5 business days, (and 24 hrs after the Pause Clause notice), the project will be paused and the Client will be responsible for a $150 restart fee. The Client agrees to notify the Designer immediately if they are unable to meet a deadline or if they need additional time. If the Client does not pay the restart fee within 30 days, the Designer may terminate the contract and the Client will be responsible for all outstanding fees.

How long have you been doing design? I have been designing since roughly 2008, even before I knew what Branding was. I grew up in a creative environment that encouraged me to practice my craft and turn it into a career. I didn't have the typical school experience, but instead opted for an internship that allowed me to jump straight into full-time design. This internship was an intensive and educational experience that gave me a solid foundation in the world of design. I continued to learn and grow throughout my hobby-turned-career, taking online classes from world-renowned designers, designing for pleasure, and working with various clients and businesses.
