ONBOARDING
Let’s get to know each other! In a call or video chat we’ll talk about you, your business, and what you need and want out of this project. We’ll go over goals, visuals, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and any next steps.
CONTENT
To get started, I’ll need a few essentials like your finalized content, images, and any dimensions. While you tackle that homework, I’ll dive into the research and sketching that fuels the creative process. This is our most collaborative phase, with your assets in hand, the "magic" will officially begin!
DESIGN
You can sit back and relax while I get to work bringing your vision to life! I’ll be busy behind the scenes researching and ideating concepts just for you, reaching out when I have proofs to share or need your sign-off. The review process is vital to ensure everything aligns with your goals, so I’ll provide resources to help you feel thorough and confident in your feedback.
COMPLETION
This is the exciting part! Once all items are approved and you’ve signed off, I’ll get to work preparing all the files and getting them in tip-top shape for you. You’ll be provided with all the deliverables in various formats and resources to make sure you’re set up for success.
Communication
​​Clear communication is vital to our project's success. I've meticulously prepared for your project, and you'll have access to project details every stop of the way.

Office Hours & OOO Standard Hours: I'm available Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm. To keep my creative energy fresh, I step away on weekends, major holidays, and bank holidays. If you reach out then, I will get back to you first thing the next business day! Out of Office: If you're planning to step away, or if life happens unexpectedly, just give me a quick heads-up so we can adjust deadlines and keep everything running smoothly. I'll share any absences with you ahead of time.
Communication Channels For project-related discussions, I prefer using emails, meetings, or video calls. I don't always see text messages or social media messages quickly, so please avoid those for urgent communication or project-related communication.
Response Time & Expectations Quick Responses:Â I typically respond within 24 hours. Prompt replies on your end. Even a quick "got it!" will keep our timeline on track and the momentum strong. Detailed, Clear Feedback:Â I haven't mastered mind-reading just yet! You know your industry best, so specific, honest feedback during reviews and proofing ensures every revision is intentional and accurate. Team Effort: Staying mindful of timelines keeps the process smooth, fun, and focused on delivering a final result you'll love.
Deliverables
All project deliverables will be listed in an Estimate or Invoice for easy reference.
What file types I can expect? Depending on your project, final files are delivered in standard formats like EPS, SVG, PNG, or PDF. If you require a specific file type, just let me know before we get started.
How will I receive final files? Upon completion and payment, all final files will be shared through Google Drive. The link will be active for 1 month for you to download all files.
Do you offer additional services? In addition to my core services, I also offer a variety of additional services, including illustration, website design, event planning, systems and processes development, typography and lettering, and consulting. I am always happy to discuss your needs and see how I can help you take your business to the next level. If there’s something else you’re looking for, let me know! I’m always interested to help where I can.
Homework
Setting our project up for success starts with gathering your content and assets upfront. This keeps us on schedule, respects our deadlines, and lets me jump right into the creative work.
What are some tasks I might be assigned? If we didn't get all your information gathered in our Introductory meeting, I'll have you provide some information. Depending on the deliverables, this might look like: • Gathering all assets/imagery needed to create each deliverable • Providing dimensions and required finishing details for any printed items • Providing written content for each digital or printed item. Don't worry, you'll be provided with a clear guideline on what's needed, and an easy way for you to relay this information.
What if I can’t get the Client Homework done in time? If there is a delay in getting the homework to us, this may result in a delay in the project schedule and final delivery date. Please be upfront if you think you can’t make the deadline.
Pricing & Payment

Payment Breakdown $0-$500 Project Full Payment: 100% The total amount paid up front for work to begin. $500-$5,000 Project Split Payment: 50%, 50% Half of the total due up front, with the remaining half due at final approval (before files are sent). $5,000+ Project Milestone Split: 50%, 25%, 25% The initial 50% deposit is required up front, 25% at concept approval, and the final 25% at approval.

Are projects charged hourly or at a flat rate? My work is charged at a flat rate based on estimated hours, covering research, concepting, editing, and behind-the-scenes admin work. If a project needs extra hours or scope expands, work can transition to an hourly rate. You will always get clear notice and approval before any additional charges begin.
Timeline
Understanding the scope of a project is key to a smooth and successful collaboration. While every project is unique, projects typically follow a similar format.
What is the standard turnaround time? Timelines are estimates and depend on deliverables, complexity, responsiveness, rounds of revisions, and content delivery. Logo Refresh: 3+ Weeks Logo Cleanup/Vectorizing: 3+ Weeks Base Branding Package: 4-12+ Weeks
Can I request a quick-turnaround or last-minute project? Quick-turnaround projects are accepted based on schedule availability and scope feasibility. A rush fee applies to deliverables falling outside standard project timelines. Every effort will be made to initiate work promptly, with full transparency regarding any schedule adjustments or additional costs.
